We take great care to protect your property, using only plastic shovels to prevent damage to roofing material. We use light hammers and a special impact drill with rounded chisel attachments to protect the roofing material. We use plywood to protect windows, outside furniture, utilities (gas and electric), etc. Once the snow is on the ground, we dig out existing paths (or re-route them if reasonable), clear utilities, decks, patios, etc. If the snow load on the ground is excessive and blocking driveway access, we will call Snow Hero to remove it—this will be prearranged with owner/property manager before work begins. If you have your own preferred ground snow removal company, we are happy to coordinate with them—provide their contact to us and we will take care of the rest.

Our winter rate for roof snow removal is $150/hour/worker. We typically work in teams of 2 to 4 depending on the job size. We are very efficient and are highly trained to use rope access techniques for safety.

We are SAFE, efficient, pay attention to details, licensed, and insured (2 million aggregate, 1 million per).

We take great care to protect your home while working in and around your property. We protect floor surfaces, furniture, and personal items by using clean/new washing solution inside, we ware clean inside only shoes and cover items if needed. We wipe down screens, sills, and ledges.
